Head south on highway 75 to Shoshone. Cross the railroad tracks and turn right on highway 26. Go approximately one and half miles and look for a small green sign on the right hand side of the road that has "120 West" on it. Turn onto this dirt road and follow the RR tracks about one mile west to the end of the road. Turn right or north and cross the RR tracks and you are on the Shoshone Preserve. 

CAMAS PRAIRIE PRESERVE: Fairfield, Idaho

This preserve is also located near Sun Valley . This vast preserve covers over 2,500 acres of private land, bordered on all sides by hundreds of square miles of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property. With a breathtaking view at over 6000' elevation, it is as world class chukar hunting as is gets.  The terrain on this preserve is moderate to steep and has very thick cover. There is also a small cabin located on this preserve that is available for overnight stays in a very private and mountain setting location.

Directions from Sun Valley

Head south out of Blaine County on highway 75 to the Timberman hill junction. Turn right on Highway 20 and go approximately 27 miles towards Fairfield. Then turn left on highway 46 towards Gooding and go eight miles south to the bottom of Johnson Hill. Look for a sign on the left side of the road, turn left and you will be on the Idaho Sportsmans Preserve. Proceed on the dirt road and head towards the building at the bottom of the hill.
